Job Detail: Assistant State's Attorney

The Christian County State's Attorney Office is currently seeking an attorney to fill a vacancy in the Juvenile/Traffic Division.

Summary

This is a full-time position and this attorney will be responsible for prosecuting juvenile delinquency matters, abuse and neglect petitions, truancy petitions and dependency petitions, as well as all traffic matters. Both entry level and experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply. Individuals must be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.

Salary & Benefits

The salary is set at $60,000.00. Participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, Health, Dental and Vision insurance, ARDC dues paid yearly. NO RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
